Terms and Conditions

Welcome to A to Z Party and Event Rentals. By using our services, renting our items, or accessing our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before making a reservation or using our services.

1. Reservations and Deposits

  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, even in the event of cancellation.
  • The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to delivery or pick-up.

2. Rental Period

  • The rental period begins at the time of item pick-up or delivery and ends when the items are returned.
  • Late returns will incur additional fees.

3. Delivery and Pick-Up

  • Delivery Services:
    We deliver tents, tables, and chairs to event locations within our service area. Delivery fees may apply.
  • Pick-Up Services:
    All other items must be picked up at our showroom, located at:
    10951 E Mercury Dr, Apache Junction, AZ 85120
  • Renters are responsible for loading and unloading items during pick-up and return unless delivery has been arranged.

4. Use of Rental Items

  • Items must be used solely for their intended purpose.
  • Renters are responsible for ensuring that items are set up, handled, and maintained properly during the rental period.

5. Damages, Loss, and Replacement

  • Damage Responsibility: Renters are fully responsible for any damages, breakage, or loss of items during the rental period.
  • Repairable Damage: If the item can be repaired, renters will be charged the repair cost.
  • Non-Repairable Damage: If the item cannot be repaired or is lost, renters will be charged the full replacement cost.
  • Renters agree to notify A to Z Party and Event Rentals immediately in the event of damage, loss, or theft.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • If you cancel your reservation, your deposit will not be refunded.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours before the event date.

7. Weather Policy

  • A to Z Party and Event Rentals is not responsible for weather-related cancellations.
  • Renters are encouraged to have contingency plans for outdoor events in case of inclement weather.

8. Liability

  • A to Z Party and Event Rentals is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages caused by improper use of rental items.
  • Renters assume all risks and liability associated with the use of rented items.

9. Item Inspection

  • All items are inspected prior to pick-up or delivery to ensure they are in good condition.
  • Renters are encouraged to inspect items upon receipt and report any issues immediately.

10. Payment Methods

  • We accept payments via Zelle, Venmo, Stripe (credit cards), and checks.
  • Payment in full is required before items are delivered or picked up.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • A to Z Party and Event Rentals reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
