Damaged or Broken Items Policy
At A to Z Party and Event Rentals, we take pride in providing high-quality rentals and expect them to be returned in the same condition as received.
Responsibility for Damages:
Renters are responsible for any damages, breakage, or loss of items during the rental period.
- Repairable Items: If the item can be repaired, the renter will be charged the repair cost.
- Non-Repairable Items: If the item cannot be repaired or is lost, the renter will be charged the full replacement cost of the item.
Inspection Process:
All items are inspected before and after each rental. Renters will be notified of any damages upon return, and an invoice for repair or replacement will be issued if necessary.
